Privacy: Field Reader Data

Scope and contact

This notice covers the static pages and local tools supplied by summitcrimsonvally.sbs. For privacy questions, contact [email protected]. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.

Reading the site

The supplied site code does not include advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, third-party fonts or embedded social media. Images, styles and scripts are referenced locally. Your browser still makes requests to the website’s hosting infrastructure to obtain these files.

Hosting and network services may process technical information such as an IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser information and security events to deliver and protect the website. This notice does not specify a hosting provider or an unverified log-retention period.

The message-preparation tool

Text entered on the contact page is processed in the current browser page. The tool does not transmit that text to us, save drafts in localStorage or submit a server-side form. Copying uses your browser’s clipboard permission; downloading creates a plain-text file on your device. Your browser, clipboard manager or device backup settings may retain that information independently.

Email you choose to send

If you email us, the message, sender details, attachments and related email metadata are processed to review and respond to the correspondence, investigate corrections and address misuse. Email and infrastructure providers may process these details as part of delivering their services. Do not send sensitive personal information or material you lack permission to share.

Correspondence should be kept only as long as needed for its purpose and any applicable legal or security requirements. No fixed retention period is promised here. Sending a message does not authorize publication of your personal details or identifiable photographs.

Browser preferences

The storage-preference control on the Cookies page stores a choice locally under field-reader-preference. It is not an advertising identifier and is not sent by this code to a server. You can change it on that page or remove it through your browser’s site-data settings.

Your choices and rights

You can read without providing a name or email, avoid using the preparation tool and clear local site data. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a complaint to a supervisory authority. Email a specific request so we can assess it; proportionate verification may be necessary.

Changes

Material changes to the supplied site’s data practices should be reflected in this notice. Review it again if new tools or services are introduced.
